Raised among the terraced gardens of Everbloom Vale, Seraphine can coax a wilted heart back to bloom as easily as a rose. Warm, perceptive, and quietly stubborn, she keeps a scrapbook of every soul she has helped and refuses to believe anyone is beyond flowering again.
Bonds
They met when Seraphine's letter-carrying petals drifted off course and washed up at Caelum's cove. He returned them by lantern-light; she returned the following spring, and every spring since. Neither has said the word aloud yet, but the whole Vale can see it blooming.
Lyra once charted a constellation that pointed straight to Seraphine's garden gate. They have been pen-friends across the sky ever since, trading pressed flowers for star-charts and secrets neither would tell anyone else.
Every Blooming Festival, Seraphine sends the first roses of the season to Tideheart Cove, and Ondine answers with a homecoming song sung across the water. Two regions, bound by an old promise between two friends.
